Return Policy

Aloha Print Group is committed to customer satisfaction.  If your digital project does not meet your standards, please contact our Customer Service department.  Due to the personalized nature of our projects, we cannot take responsibility for typing, image, or design errors introduced by the customers in the document creation process.  Aloha Print Group does not review original submittals for content or spelling errors.

All hardcopy projects (originals copied or scanned) are considered personalized projects, and cannot be returned nor refunds issued once the project is copied. 


Delivery Policy

Each project’s delivery schedule is determined by customer request and internal project scheduling.  Please alert Aloha Print Group staff if your project has a specific due date/time and we will work with you to determine if that is reasonable and can be met before we start the project.  Aloha Print Group is not responsible for deadlines if files and quantities are changed after an initial project request is placed.


Privacy Statement

Credit card details will be handled securely to ensure confidentiality.  SSL encryption is employed to ensure sensitive data is protected.  Aloha Print Group does not, nor ever will sell your data to any entity.
