Mounting

6mm Sintra is a heavyweight, durable, very rigid mounting board with a dense PVC core and rigid outer facing PVC veneer. Water and weatherproof for long term outdoor displays.

2mm Sintra is a lightweight, durable, slightly pliable (smaller sizes will be rigid) mounting board with a dense PVC core and rigid outer facing PVC veneer. Water and weatherproof for long term outdoor displays.

0.75mm Styrene is a very lightweight, durable, very pliable mounting board. Water and weatherproof for outdoor display.

Finish

Gloss is a high sheen/semi-reflective/shiny finish, best suited for heavy color saturation.

Polyester-matte is a medium sheen/slightly-reflective/semi-matted finish, best suited for photos and supports heavy color saturation.

Matte is a sheen-less/non-reflective/flat finish, best suited for materials with intention to be written on or for presentation under direct light.

ALL substrates are Anti-tear

Grommets

Grommets are ½” collared, reinforced, eyelet holes punched through the substrate in all corners and every 2 feet for longer widths for easy hanging

Velcro

Velcro strips are generally cut up to 2” in length and applied to the corners and across select widths for easy hanging. The adhesive backing on the Velcro is rather strong and is NOT advised for application to painted drywall as this may damage the paint when removed. If applying to painted drywall or equivalent, use shorter-term and remove with a Un-Do (adhesive remover) or similar
