Ready to get started? Contact us by email at orders@alohaprintgroup.com or fill out our Request a Quote form. Be sure to include key details like product type, size, quantity, and a brief description of your design needs. The more information you provide, the smoother the process will be.

2. The Follow Up
Our team typically responds within one business day by email. We may ask a few follow-up questions to clarify your project details. Once we're on the same page, our design work begins!

3. Design Work + Proof
Once your order is confirmed, our in-house design team gets to work. Turnaround time depends on the complexity of your request, but most projects will receive a first proof within a few business days.
We’ll send the digital proof directly to your email for approval. Send us your feedback and revision requests, and we’ll fine-tune the design until it’s just right.
Once we receive your written approval, your project moves into production.

4. Final Steps
Production timelines vary based on the volume and complexity of the project. Once your order is completed, you’ll receive an invoice. Design costs are based on the total amount of time our team spends on your project.
After the final invoice is approved and payment is received, we’ll either ship your order or hold it at our downtown Chicago office for local pickup.

What products can I design/what services do you offer?
Our design team can create custom graphics for any product we offer, including signage, business cards, flyers, and more. Visit our Products and Services page for more info.
How is design work priced?
Design service is billed hourly, with a 15-minute minimum. Pricing is based on the total amount of time our team spends on your design, including any revisions requested during the project.
Can you fix/make edits to an existing project?
Yes, we can edit existing designs as long as they are provided in an editable vector format, such as PDF, Adobe Illustrator (.ai), or InDesign (.indd) working files.
Can you recreate something I don’t have the work files for?
Absolutely! Just send us your project’s specifications along with any images or scans of the previous design, and our design team will recreate the artwork from scratch.
Can you send me a proof before we print?
Yes, we provide digital and/or physical proofs so you can review your design before it goes to print. We require written approval on all proofs before moving your order into production.
