DESIGN SERVICES

Make sure to include the product type, size, quantity and a brief description of what design work you are looking for. Make sure to provide as much information as possible.

You are free to also submit any files our team can reference for what you may be looking for. 

Our team typically responds within a business day by email and will ask you any additional clarifying questions about your project. Once we're on the same page, the design work can begin!

Once the order is approved, the design work will start. Depending on the nature of your design request, it can typically take a few business days until you hear back from us.

The first digital proof will be sent by email directly to you for approval. If you have any edits or concerns about the design, you are welcome to provide feedback so we can get it right!

Once we receive your approval, the product will go into production. 

Production time varies depending on the volume and nature of the job. Once production is finished, you will be quoted and invoiced. The price for our design work is dependent of the amount of time spent.

After the final quote and invoice has been approved and paid for, your order will be shipped!
